Ticket office

The ticket office is located in a building on the Wadowice market square, about 20 meters from the entrance to the museum. Address: John Paul II Square 5, Wadowice

The ticket office opens 30 minutes before the museum opens and closes 1h 15 minutes before the museum closes.

You can avoid standing in the ticket office queue by buying tickets online.

Getting here

Getting to the museum by public transport

Bus - get off at the stop on Lwowska Street or at the bus station.
By train - get off at the train station.
Then head towards the Market Square on foot.

Access by car - parking information

The museum is located on the Market Square and does not have its own car park. 

You can leave your car in the car parks in the city centre (some of which are charged). There are also several car parks for coaches nearby. Detailed information on the location of the car parks can be found on the Wadowice Tourist Information website.

Quiet time in the Museum

With a view to people on the autism spectrum, as well as highly sensitive people and those who may find a visit to the museum difficult due to excessive stimuli. Every last Sunday of the month for the last two hours of the museum's opening, the multimedia and music is turned off.
