Gold medallion with a four-leaf clover

Flat gold medallion shaped like old purses - sharply pointed with two corners at the top, gently round at the bottom. Decorated with a clover motif, which is a small jewelers' work of art.
The gold of the medallion blends with the emerald green of the clover, shining almost like the glass of a stained glass window. The question of where the medallion came from remains a mystery to us. Perhaps it was a gift from Karol Wojtyla senior? Or perhaps a family heirloom, passed down to the women in the Kaczorowski family? What we do know for sure is that John Paul II had it with him at the Vatican, as one of the most precious mementos of his mother Emilia.
